Join California's Visual Impairment (VI) Community: Paraprofessional Training and Parent Night

California School for the Blind (CSB) is excited to announce two upcoming events in partnership with Poway Unified School District, open to families and educators from any district who support students who are blind or have low vision.

Paraprofessional Training

Date: Tuesday, November 12, 2024

Event Details: This training session is designed for instructional aides and paraprofessionals from any district who work with students with visual impairments. Gain skills and insights to better support these students in the classroom.

Parent Night and Meet & Greet

Date: Wednesday, November 13, 2024
Time: 4:00PM - 6:00PM

Event Details: This informational evening is open to all families, offering an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn about resources available in the VI community. We welcome families from any district to join us, meet other families, and build connections within our supportive network.
